At the risk of being yet another source of premature holiday spirit, I’m posting my holiday bakeware wish list on this, the very first day after Halloween. I know it’s early (I haven’t even put away our spooky home decor) but I really want to savor every single day of the holiday season this year – so much so that I’m trying to keep track of at least one festive thing I do each day in my gratitude journal. Today’s was drinking apple cider outside on my front porch in the *finally* autumnal weather. It’s just something small but it’s an out of the ordinary activity that made me feel all warm and holiday-like. And just like a hot cup of spiced apple cider, baking is something that always gives off festive, cozy and super comforting vibes this time of year. Below – and I guess also above in the image 😉 – I’ve listed eleven bakeware goodies that I’d love to own. Here they are…
1 | KitchenAid Metallic Series Stand Mixer in Satin Copper
For the longest time, I’ve wanted a pink KitchenAid stand mixer but this copper version has my heart this season. Well out of my current culinary budget, it’s my “dare to dream” item on this list but I had to include it anyway as it’s just too pretty.
2 | Martha Stewart Collection Copper-Plated Measuring Cups
Keeping with the copper theme, these measuring cups are lovely and completely Instagram-worthy. Just imagine the flatlays! And I’m sure they can accurately measure stuff as well but #priorities, right?
3 | Martha Stewart Collection Copper-Plated Whisk
This item was the catalyst for the numerous Martha Stewart Collection picks on my list. I just thought, Who wouldn’t want to use the world’s most glamorous whisk whilst making holiday treats?! Then I proceeded to go copper accessory crazy…
4 | Martha Stewart Collection Copper-Plated Measuring Spoons
Obviously, you have to have the measuring spoons to match the measuring cups, so here they are in all their glory along with this next pick which is the last copper item, I promise!!
5 | Martha Stewart Collection Copper-Plated Mixing Bowl Set
To complete a well-curated copper kitchen tool kit, this set is perfection and would make baking something special all the more exciting. What would you mix up in these?
6 | Wilton Decorator Preferred Buttercream Decorating Set
Although this is probably more decorating tools than I’ll ever need during my at-home amateur baking career, the large variety of tips is wonderful and I’d love to have them around for the days when I imagine myself a Great British Bake Off contestant.
7 | American Girl Holiday Adult Apron + Oven Mitt Set
If I don’t purchase anything else on this list, I’d love to get two of these aprons for Ella and me along with the kid-sized version for Sadie. They’d be a lovely gift to start a new holiday tradition of baking together in our matching mommy + daughters aprons.
8 | Martha Stewart Collection Milk Glass Ruffle Cake Stand
My last pick from the Martha Stewart Collection, this cake stand is simple yet sweet and I think it’d make for a beautiful display for both holiday bakes and future birthday cakes.
This pie plate has a similar look to the Martha Stewart cake stand so I think they’d look great side by side on a table filled with festive foods. My goal this season is to recreate a few classic holiday pie recipes into vegan versions that my whole family can enjoy so I really need to purchase this dish!
10 | Nordic Ware Jubilee Loaf Pan
This pan – and the next – are what inspired me to make this entire list. I just think they’re absolutely gorgeous and would make the most amazing-looking baked goods!
11 | Nordic Ware Jubilee Bundt Pan
The Bundt pan version is equally incredible and intricate! Make sure to click on the links for each to see the delightful designs they create on cakes and let me know what you think!!
That’s it for my holiday bakeware wish list!! Don’t forget to comment and tell me which picks are your faves!
