I recently found this super-appropriate-for-this-post doormat on Etsy which is pretty much perfect for my family. We really enjoy Amazon Prime (and Target and coffee too!!) as well as Amazon in general to the point where I’m not sure what we’d do without it! I mean I guess we’d buy things the way we all did before online shopping was an option but my inner introvert would rather not. Anyway, we usually use Amazon to purchase household essentials but we also order a lot of gifts for holidays/birthdays and our movie collection is almost entirely digital thanks to Amazon Video. Because I’m such a big fan, I thought I’d share my current Amazon wants + wishes which will hopefully move from my list to my cart and onto my doorstep sometime soon. And even if they don’t, I hope they inspire you to pick up something you want or need or never knew you needed for yourself or your family. Here they are…
I really want to create a portable school supplies caddy for Hendrix and Sadie because they usually do their homework at our dining table and, if I’m honest, I’m just tired of laying everything out on a daily basis. Building a little kit that they can carry will allow them to easily bring pencils, crayons, glue, etc from their room to the table and back again. #momlifemusthave
As I talked about in my vision board post, I am declaring that a brand new gold iPad is making its way to me this year! The matching case above will turn that tablet into a mini laptop perfect for blogging on the go. I can’t wait but I’m simultaneously surrendering and being very grateful in advance… Lol!
There’s something about frothy steamed milk that causes a cappuccino to taste amazing with no sugar required and I’d like that magic in my life. This electric milk frother would satisfy my flavor needs while also helping me to consume less sugar so it’s a win-win!
I’ve wanted an oil diffuser for the LONGEST time and I think I’ve finally settled on this one by Asakuki because it has good reviews, a runtime of 10+ hours and a clean design that won’t clash with anything around it. Love!
Continuing on my quest to organize our house, containers for cereal, pasta, etc would come in handy for our pantry and, come on, they’re really pretty right?! Essentially my goal is for our food storage shelves to resemble this Container Store pantry and these containers are a step in the right direction…
This is another long-standing wishlist item that I’ve prioritized my way out of purchasing in the past as I can simply set a timer on my phone instead of buying something new. The timer cube is a lot more convenient though because you just plop it on its side with your preferred amount of minutes facing up (which is easy for adults and kids alike) and it does the rest so yea, it’s staying on the list!
7 | A Bindle Bottle
I don’t remember where I first saw this bottle but I love that it allows you to store things safe inside while still holding a decent amount of water. It’s basically the mullet of beverage containers – liquid in the top, party in the bottom! That sounds right, right?
Over the holidays, I was so tempted to purchase an Amazon Echo along with a Dot while they were on sale but I talked myself off a ledge which I’m now easing back onto. My idea is to start with a Dot to see how we like it, buy the kids edition if all goes well and ultimately add the Amazon Echo (probably the 14th generation by then) to turn my home into the Disney movie Smart House! Who remembers that one?!
Also on my vision board are peonies which I want in my life this year whether they’re made of actual plant matter or manmade material. These faux flowers from Amazon have the potential to keep me happy all year long because they’re entirely artificial and will not die on me as many of my plants tend to do… Weird, right?
That’s all for me so it’s your turn now! What’s on your Amazon wishlist? Let me know below…
